Frequently asked questions
Does it handle Daylight Saving Time?
Yes. The tool uses your browser's IANA time-zone database (via Intl) which knows the full DST history and rules for every supported zone.
What does '+1 day' or '-1 day' mean?
When the same instant lands on a different calendar date in another zone, the row shows a +1 or -1 badge — useful for spotting that 'Monday 9am New York' is 'Tuesday 1am Tokyo'.
Can I add cities not in the list?
The list covers ~30 of the world's most-searched cities. If a specific zone is missing, request it — adding new IANA zones is a one-line change.
Is anything uploaded?
No. Everything runs in your browser.
