How to use this bcg matrix maker

  1. Type a portfolio title (e.g. company name + year) and pick a theme.
  2. Adjust the growth and share thresholds if your industry uses different cutoffs.
  3. Click + Add product, then enter the name, market growth %, relative market share (vs largest competitor) and revenue.
